Edgmont Village

A mixed-use development Village in North Vancouver
Edgemont Village is a desirable and affluent community at the foot of the North Shore mountains and only a short distance from downtown Vancouver.
Being one of North Vancouver’s most popular village centers, development sites in Edgemont Village are rare. We took this opportunity to build Connaught, 82 high-quality concrete condominiums and townhomes for downsizers and young families, accompanied by ground-floor retail.

The thoughtfully designed interiors include air conditioning, premium finishes and generous outdoor spaces, while the West Coast contemporary design by Rositch Hemphill complements the surrounding neighborhood and natural environment.

Enhancing an already eclectic streetscape, we anchored the retail component with Thrifty Foods, a full-service grocery store, and also included Shoppers Drug Mart, Bufula Pizzeria, The Green Moustache and Cantina Norte. In addition, we integrated public plazas, art and wider sidewalks to bring neighbors and families together.
